" Three words - patient, personable and professional! After our move to ATL from San Francisco, we were specific in what we were looking for and Chad was patient as we searched for the perfect place. He is so knowledgeable about the area we were focused on that it made the process not only bearable, but fun. He expertly guided us through the buying process, and is gifted in negotiation. We are settling in to our dream home, and not a day goes by that we are not thankful that we had Chad as our agent. Oh, and a perk is that he knows almost everyone in the ATL area, so for us newbies, he had a referral for everything from the best BBQ to truck rental.”

" Chad is awesome. When we bought our first house with him, it took months and he was very patient throughout the entire process. His expertise went far beyond what I would have expected from a realtor and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for, and that seemed almost impossible in the current market situation. Also, Chad has lots of recommendations and contacts for anything house-related. I highly recommend him."
