When asked what he loves most about working in residential real estate, Chad Mercer’s face lights up. “For me, it’s that incredible moment when a person walks into a property and I watch it dawn on them that they’ve just found their new home. And knowing that I can help them actualize that – FANTASTIC! I’m also extremely fond of Atlanta and love moving new people into our community.”

Mercer’s candor and easy sense of humor are part of why his clients are so fiercely loyal to him. His enthusiasm for the properties and the process is contagious and his down-to-earth manner puts both clients and customers at ease.

An Atlanta native, Chad has worked in various different aspects of the real estate business thus making him very well rounded to guild his clientele. Chad brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients with both his mortgage industry background and his residential construction company.

Selling real estate is not only his job; it's what he loves to do. A repeat client or a referral is a testament that not only did he do his job previously, but that he did a great job. It means he helped someone to find a place to live where they can grow, and thrive, or I assisted a client in selling their home which enabled them to move on to the next phase of their future.
